①Creasing & folding transfer unit:• Vacuum belt transfer with creasing and folding device to achieve accurate creasing• 90 degrees of paperboard folding with multiple precreasing to achieve accurate folding
②Shaping unit:• Patented box shaping calibration function to assure the fishtail and gap tolerance accuracy • Shaping calibration for each box, max. speed up to 167pcs/min
③Stitching unit:• Germany-made swing type stitching head with speed 1290 stitches/min • Tracking type stitching technology to avoid damage of paperboard (Including recycled or heavy paperboard etc.)
④Counter ejector:• Free set counting quantity for each bundle • With fishtail calibration system to synchronize with shaping section and assure the fishtail tolerance accuracy
